The game

• BananaTap is a collectible game. Each day you get free taps; each tap has published odds of giving a banana of a given rarity, or nothing. The odds are shown in the app and on this site, and every tap can be verified (Provably fair).
• Bananas are digital collectibles for fun. They have no guaranteed value, and nothing here is investment, financial or tax advice.
• One account per Seeker: a Seeker Genesis Token is required. Multiple accounts, automation or exploiting bugs may lead to a ban without refund.

Purchases

• Bonus taps and passes are paid on-chain in USDC, SOL or SKR at the price shown at checkout. Prices in SOL and SKR follow the market at the time of the quote.
• Paid taps use the same odds as free taps. Buying taps never changes the odds, and there is a daily limit on bought taps.
• Blockchain payments are final. If a payment was received but not credited, open the app again (it retries). If it is still missing, or you were charged twice, use Help & Feedback in the app (the ? button) and pick the payment: verified refunds go back to the same wallet, usually within 3 days.
• Passes are for the season shown and do not renew automatically.

Refunds

• Everything sold here is digital and delivered at once, so all sales are final: no refunds for a change of mind, for taps that gave nothing (the odds are published and verifiable), for passes you stopped using, or because the SOL or SKR price moved after you paid.
• We do refund when something went wrong on our side: you paid and the item never arrived and we cannot deliver it; you were charged twice for the same item; a mint fee was paid but the NFT could not be created; or a bug of ours cost you money.
• Ask within 7 days of the payment from Help & Feedback in the app (the ? button): choose Billing / Refund and pick the payment. We check the transaction on chain and answer in the app.
• Refunds are sent in the same token and the same amount we received, to the wallet that paid, usually within 3 days. Network fees are not refunded; we do not refund to other wallets or exchanges.
• A refunded item is removed from your account (taps deducted, pass reverted, an unminted Genesis Banana taken back). An NFT that was delivered to your wallet is not refundable.

NFTs

• Minting creates a Metaplex Core NFT in your wallet for the fee shown, plus the network's rent. Once minted, the banana can no longer be peeled or forged in the game.
• Resales on marketplaces carry a 5% royalty to 2C Studio, enforced on chain.
• Limited Edition bananas: 100 per season (plus #000 for the maker) go to the first 100 Seekers who buy a pass that season; Season 1's are the Genesis Bananas. One per wallet per season. They cannot be burned or forged.

Availability

We may change odds, rewards, prices and seasons for future play, with notice in the app. We may not offer paid taps in jurisdictions where paid random draws are restricted. The service is provided as is; we are not liable for blockchain outages, wallet issues or lost keys.
